Did you know that our members offer volunteer service for the NAACP Los Angeles? They serve on The Executive Committee, they serve on Standing Committees, they assist with special projects, they run our professional outreach arms; they advocate on behalf of the community at large, they support the mission and core values of the NAACP.
Having an engaged membership is one of our biggest strengths, and something to celebrate. From time to time, we will be putting one member in the spotlight to say thank you; for their contributions and find out more about their service to the community and our beloved NAACP Los Angeles. We will also learn what they get out of serving. We will highlight the many ways which you can get involved too. We are really proud of our members of the NAACPLA and will jump at every chance to shout about them and their achievements!
